Marine & Offshore Cable - Fire Resistant, EPR Overall Screened - BS7917/6883, UKOOA
BS6883 specifies the requirements for cables typically used in power, control, instrumentation, and propulsion systems on board ships and fixed or mobile offshore units. These cables feature LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheaths, designed to reduce smoke and gas emissions in the event of a fire on board a vessel or platform at sea.
